Privacy Statement: We collect personal information for the purposes of assessing your eligibility prior to contacting you and scheduling your session. Studies may be part of academic research (funded by government, university, research organisations and/or industry) or commercial projects (funded by industry and/or other organisations). Providing your personal information is optional. However, if you choose not to, we will not be able to add you to the Feast Taster List.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted cloud services overseas and only the Feast Researchers are allowed access to it. The cloud service complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Policy (CCPA), Canadian privacy laws, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Feast Researchers adhere to NZ legislation with regard to the storage of personal information overseas.

We will keep your information for 3 years at which point we securely destroy it by erasing all data. You have the right to:

• request to be removed from our records before the 3-year timeframe
• ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you
• ask for your personal information to be updated if there are any changes (e.g., become lactose or gluten intolerant or develop a medical condition, etc).
